Well I am not happy with Royal Mail, that lovely tin of Embossing powders that I sold didn't reach the buyer! Royal Mail have lost it! I have refunded the buyer and now I have to fill in a lost parcel form again.....why can't they just do the service they are paid for?
Ok rant over....needed to vent lol.

Oh no....and I have to send a package to a friend there....maybe I'll go ahead and get insurance. I hope they find your package, Heather!
Well hun, they got to me 2nd time around! And thanks to all the fuss with Royal Mail, I've made a new 'crafty friend'! They say everything happens for a reason!
